PERSONAL INJURY
A major part of our practice includes personal injury work on behalf of injured people and their survivors. We don’t represent insurance companies. We emphasize careful and swift pursuit of injury claims. These claims are often the result of automobile collisions or other types of harm caused to our clients through the negligence of others. When necessary, we take cases to trial to obtain fair and reasonable compensation for our clients.
While we are often asked to represent individuals and families that have suffered large personal and economic losses, we also understand that even less tragic personal injuries deserve fair compensation. In all cases, we only accept meritorious cases that we believe we can win.
REAL ESTATE LITIGATION
We have successfully represented a variety of clients—buyers, sellers, developers, contractors, landlords, tenants, and other property owners—in a broad range of matters, including negotiating, drafting, and enforcing commercial and residential real estate transactions and leases.
We regularly represent real estate owners with respect to title disputes, boundary line disputes and adverse possession.
BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL LAW & LITIGATION
We represent a number of small and medium-sized businesses and their owners, as well as several nonprofit corporations. We assist these clients in their business formation and governance, as well as providing legal advice and representation as to their contracts, employment law issues, leases, collection of delinquent accounts, and any related litigation.
APPEALS
Our law firm has extensive experience before the appellate courts of the Pacific Northwest, including the Ninth Circuit federal Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Washington, and the Washington Court of Appeals. Our lawyers work on appeals in most areas of civil disputes, including real property, construction, contract, and tort law.
