Areas of Practice
PERSONAL INJURY
A major part of our practice includes personal injury work on behalf of injured people and their survivors. As trial attorneys, we attempt to efficiently move our clients' cases toward jury trial or settlement within as short a time as possible. We place a high priority on complete, careful, factual, and expert evaluation of our clients' claims.
Real Estate LITIGATION
We have successfully represented a variety of clients in a broad range of matters related to real estate, including title disputes, real estate transactions, boundary line disputes, construction issues, and related litigation.
Business & Commercial Law
We represent a number of small and medium-sized businesses and their owners, as well as several nonprofit corporations. We assist these clients in their business formation and governance, as well as providing legal advice as to their transactions, contracts, employment law issues, leases, collection of delinquent accounts, and any related litigation.
APPEALS
Our law firm has extensive experience before the appellate courts of the Pacific Northwest, including the Ninth Circuit federal Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Washington, and the Washington Court of Appeals. Our appellate lawyers work on appeals in most areas of civil disputes, including real property, construction, contract, worker’s compensation, and tort law.

Whether the case involves "large" or "moderate" damages, if the defendant does not offer just and fair compensation to our client in settlement, we will try the case to a jury and/or in arbitration. We are determined to find all available assets of the defendants to fairly and justly compensate our clients for their injuries. We only accept cases with merit that we believe we can win.
